Delivery time
We offer shipping of our goods by DHL. The standard shipping takes about 2-4 business days. As soon as your purchase leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation about the shipment by the respective shipping service provider.
Shipping costs
Delivery within Germany and Austria:
Shipping costs are € 4.90 (including VAT) and apply to any delivery under 100 €. From a purchase value of 100 € we ship free of charge within Germany and Austria. Please note that delivery cannot be made on Sundays and public holidays.
Returns
You have changed your mind and want to return your items?
Follow the steps below:
- Сlick on "Return DE" (Germany) or "Return AT" (Austria) on this "Shipping and Returns" page.
- You will be redirected to the DHL screen.
- Select the items you want to return and specify the reason.
- Follow DHL's instructions when sending the package.
- Once your package is received and checked by us, we will refund the amount to the bank account used for purchase within 8 to 10 business days. Once the refund is done, the money will appear in your bank account after about 3 days. The time period may vary depending on the bank.
We inform you that we will bear the return shipping costs for you.
